Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) invites applications for the Deputy Program Manager to support a Navy contract. The role requires active DoD security clearance and strong leadership in program and contract management.

You will coordinate budgets, staffing, risks, and reporting, while managing stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure successful program execution. You will interact with senior customers and internal teams, drive planning, and deliver weekly status updates with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required.
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of project management principles.
• Experience in risk management and change control processes.
• Contract management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Scheduling and task planning using project tools (MS Project, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist and act on behalf of the prime contract program manager for a Navy Program Office contract.
• Handle contractual matters including financial management, staffing, reporting, and risk control.
• Support program budget and staffing requirements.
• Manage program changes and coordination with stakeholders.
• Oversee sub-contractor relationships and customer expectations.
• Facilitate stakeholder kickoff and review meetings.
• Review and report on contract data, status reports, and invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist, and act on behalf of, the prime contract program manager managing a Navy Program Office contract
• Assist in all contractual matters including Financial management, personnel management, stakeholder management and communication, risk and quality management, deliverable management, and internal and external reporting
• Assist program budget and staffing requirements
• Manage Program changes
• Support project supervisors, controllers, and other key stakeholders
• Manage sub-contractor relationship
• Work closely and manage the customer expectations
• Facilitate stakeholder kickoff and review meetings
• Reviews of Contract Data Requirements, technical/status reports and invoices
• Review status reports and invoicesProvide weekly status report and KPI’s

Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BS in Engineering, Business Degree or Sciences preferred
• 10 yearsprogram/project managementin DOD or Navy Acquisition
• 8 years of experience in engineering technical management
• 2 years Supervisory experience
• Experience communicating with Senior Level executives such as those in the Senior Executive Service
• Navy contract management experience preferred
