Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support our Navy customer in a dynamic, mission-driven role.

The position entails acting on behalf of the prime contract program manager, coordinating financials, staffing, risk and change control, and ensuring successful program execution. Ideal candidates will have DoD/Navy experience, strong leadership, and superb communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• BS in engineering, business, or sciences preferred.
• 10 years in program/project management in DoD/Navy.
• 8 years in engineering technical management.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience communicating with senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Assist, and act on behalf of, the prime contract program manager for a Navy Program Office contract.
• Assist in contractual matters including financial, personnel, stakeholder and reporting.
• Assist program budget and staffing requirements.
• Task Instruction management.
• Manage program changes and sub-contractor relationships.
• Support project supervisors, controllers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations and KPI reviews.
• Facilitate stakeholder kickoff and reviews.
• Reviews of contract data, status reports and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Assist, and act on behalf of, the prime contract program manager managing a Navy Program Office contract
• Assist in all contractual matters including Financial management, personnel management, stakeholder management and communication, risk and quality management, deliverable management, and internal and external reporting
• Assist program budget and staffing requirements
• Task Instruction management
• Manage Program changes
• Support project supervisors, controllers, and other key stakeholders
• Manage sub-contractor relationship
• Work closely and manage the customer expectations
• Facilitate stakeholder kickoff and review meetings
• Reviews of Contract Data Requirements, technical/status reports and invoices
• Review status reports and invoices
• Provide weekly status report and KPI’s

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Knowledge of project management principles

• Scheduling and task planning using Project and Excel

Education and Experience Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Business Degree or Sciences preferred
• 10 years program/project management in DOD or Navy Acquisition
• 8 years of experience in engineering technical management
• 2 years Supervisory experience
• Experience communicating with Senior Level executives such as those in the Senior Executive Service
• Navy contract management experience preferred
