ECS Corporate Services is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead the DHS CDM program from our Fairfax, VA office. You will oversee technical delivery teams, engagement with customer stakeholders, and program governance using SAFe and ITIL practices.

The role emphasizes production operations, risk management, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex federal IT solutions with high impact.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive cybersecurity and program leadership experience.
• Experience starting and managing multiple high-visibility IT/cybersecurity projects.
• Proven knowledge managing projects for the Federal government.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, matrixed engineering teams to deliver IT solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day execution of all technical delivery teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering task oversight and management.
• Provide technical SLA oversight and ensure SLAs are reflected in team plans.
• Monitor and manage oversight of critical path items.
• Assist with execution of program management duties and SAFe delivery model.
• Coordinate SELC coordination and compliance.
• Work with the customer and team to define and implement delivery frameworks and strategies.
• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
• Conduct ongoing risk and opportunity management.
