Job summary

Polaris Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a senior program manager for NGA-W opportunities in the Springfield area. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive governance, risk management, and strategic initiatives to deliver mission-critical outcomes.

The role requires coordination with IC/DoD partners and adherence to security requirements. The ideal candidate will bring extensive PM experience, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of delivering large, multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; 12+ years of PM/GEOINT/IC ops or 15+ years in lieu of degree.
Strong leadership and mentoring experience, including leading diverse teams toward high-performance outcomes.
Excellent oral and written communication; ability to present complex data to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead senior-level program and project management activities including strategic plans, policies, SOPs, schedules, risks, resources, and delivery outcomes.
Lead process improvement to modernize governance and workflows.
Develop executive briefings, talking points, white papers, and strategic project plans.
Establish performance measures and monitor results with improvements.
Mentor team members and provide strategic direction in complex environments.
