Job summary

RTX is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the Advanced Airborne Sensor Production ITT in Plano, TX. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages cost, schedule, and performance, and ensures customer satisfaction in a complex, high-stakes program.

You will oversee integration, risk management, and change proposals while coordinating with DoD partners and senior leadership. Domestic travel is approximately 25% and security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent with 10+ years experience, or Advanced Degree with 12+ years.
• Experience leading across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Contracts, and Engineering.
• Experience in program management and development of integrated master plan and schedule.
• Program Management Certification (at least level 5) or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITT IPT execution, meet financial commitments, and support EAC reviews.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure continued production program execution.
• Provide leadership to multi-functional teams and key partners.
• Articulate cost & schedule performance, R&Os, and execution strategies to senior leadership.
• Maintain collaborative relationships within the IPT and with functional support organizations.
• Establish relationships with customers and industry partners; interface with DoD services.
• Oversee delivery and end-use of production systems to the customer and RTX AAS Sustainment program.
• Domestic travel approximately 25%.
