Bravura, Inc. seeks a Deputy PM / Operations Manager in Huntsville, AL, to lead IT projects and ensure contract performance at Redstone Arsenal. You will back up the PM, coordinate resources, and drive cross-team collaboration with a focus on continuous improvement and mission-aligned delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Secret clearance minimum, and readiness to work on-site with DoD standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

  • Must hold Secret clearance at minimum; TS/SCI and SAP access as required by systems/workspaces; CAC/NACI required.
  • Directly manage IT projects to provide a unique service or product.
  • Serve as Key Personnel supporting management continuity and daily operations.

  • Back up PM and manage daily operations, resource coordination, issue escalation, schedule alignment, cross-team integration, deliverable inputs, customer coordination, and continuous process improvement.
  • Provide labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary to support contract performance.
  • Provide technical oversight for all assigned tasks and oversee trained personnel.
  • Coordinate with customers to manage resources and ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Support Government offices requiring IT services as coordinated through Customer.
  • May co-locate with customers to support mission needs.
  • Apply DoD management philosophy of continuous process improvement to deliver information and products.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer mission areas, policies, and emerging hardware/software in compliance with DoD standards.

Job description

Role: Deputy PM / Operations Manager

Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL

Foundational Qualifications (Education, Training, or Certifications): Must fulfill at least one of the following –

  • Option A: Completion of relevant military training in 4-11-C22 or C23 (Signal Captains Career Course or SCCC Reserve Component) or IT Project Manager (Intermediate) Credential / Playlist; OR
  • Option B: One of the following active certifications – DAWIA PM Practitioner; GSEC; Security+; or SecurityX / CASP+.

Years of Experience: 5+ years

Clearance Level & Investigation: Secret minimum; TS/SCI and SAP access as required by assigned systems / workspaces; CAC / NACI required.

Job Description:

  • Directly manage IT projects to provide a unique service or product.

  • Provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, services, facilities, and equipment required to perform specific work and services necessary to support contract performance.
  • Ensure technical oversight and guidance for all assigned tasks, overseeing fully trained, experienced, and technically proficient personnel.
  • Coordinate with customers to manage and control resources, ensuring timely achievement of all contract requirements.
  • Support various Government offices requiring IT services as coordinated through Customer.
  • May be required to co-locate with customers to support mission needs as directed for duration of contract.
  • Employs management system aligned with DoD Management Philosophy of continuous process improvement to deliver information and products under this contract.
  • Remain knowledgeable in customer mission areas, application/solution development, network properties, Government policies and standards, and emerging hardware/software products in compliance with Army/DoD standards and policies.
  • Maintain specialized knowledge in the following areas: data management, cybersecurity, network properties, security, acquisition, logistics, and technology programs related to aviation and missile systems, and functional, technical, and business process environments of supported customers.
