Foundational Qualifications (Education, Training, or Certifications): Must fulfill at least one of the following –
- Option A: Advanced Degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate) in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering or Masters Degree in Strategic Information & Cyberspace Studies (NDU CIC); OR
- Option B: Completion of relevant military training (multiple options available); OR
- Option C: One of the following active certifications –
- CompTIA (A+; Cloud+; CySA+; Network+; PenTest+; Security+; or SecurityX / CASP+);
- Cisco (CCNA CyberOps Associate [CBROPS]; CCNA; or CCNP Enterprise or Security);
- ISC2 (Certified in Cybersecurity [CC]; Certified Cloud Security Professional [CCSP]; Certified in Governance, Risk, & Compliance [CGRC/CAP]; CISSP [including ISSAP, ISSEP, or ISSMP]; Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional [CSSLP]; or SSCP);
- EC-Council (Certified Chief Information Security Officer [CCISO]; CEH or CEH(P); Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator [CHFI]; CND; or Certified Incident Handler [ECIH];
- ISACA (CISA; CISM);
- Mile2 (Certified ISSO [CISSO]; Certified Penetration Testing Engineer [CPTE]);
- CertNexus (CyberSec First Responder [CFR]; Cyber Secure Coder [CSC]); DAWIA (PM Advanced or PM Practitioner);
- FITSI (FITSP-A, FITSP-D, FITSP-M, or FITSP-O);

Clearance Level & Investigation: Secret minimum; TS/SCI and SAP access as required by assigned systems / workspaces; CAC / NACI required.
Job Description:
- Leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates, and is accountable for overall success of program, ensuring alignment with critical agency priorities.
- Provides contract management and administrative leadership for all labor, materials, resources, staff support, customer coordination, co-location support, meetings, CDRL delivery, manpower reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- Participate in technical interchange meetings to discuss and informally evaluate efforts and accomplishments; present data to enable joint review of assigned tasks, attendant schedules, and resource expenditures; present and participate in technical discussions and inform customer of any problems with contract execution and any proposed solutions.
- Provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, services, facilities, and equipment required to perform specific work and services necessary to support contract performance.
- Ensure technical oversight and guidance for all assigned tasks, overseeing fully trained, experienced, and technically proficient personnel.
- Coordinate with customers to manage and control resources, ensuring timely achievement of all contract requirements.
- Support various Government offices requiring IT services as coordinated through Customer.
- May be required to co-locate with customers to support mission needs as directed for duration of contract.
- Employs management system aligned with DoD Management Philosophy of continuous process improvement to deliver information and products under this contract.
- Remain knowledgeable in customer mission areas, application/solution development, network properties, Government policies and standards, and emerging hardware/software products in compliance with Army/DoD standards and policies.
- Maintain specialized knowledge in the following areas: data management, cybersecurity, network properties, security, acquisition, logistics, and technology programs related to aviation and missile systems, and functional, technical, and business process environments of supported customers.
