Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy NOSC Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA to oversee the operational integrity and performance of critical network infrastructure. This onsite role leads a team of engineers, admins, and analysts, ensuring continuous monitoring and incident resolution aligned with RMF and NIST standards.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years in related roles (or 6+ with a Master’s), and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Schedule is 10 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience with 8+ years in related roles, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise networks in DoD or federal environments.
• Security+ or IAT Level II equivalent certification.
• Must have active TS/SCI clearance at consideration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 NOSC operations and incident resolution.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, admins, and analysts.
• Ensure RMF and NIST cybersecurity compliance across DoD networks.
• Analyze network performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Generate detailed network status and performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with DoW components, contractors, and vendors on modernization.
• Develop and deliver team training programs; backfill shifts as needed.
