Position Overview

FIFA is seeking a Deputy Manager for Venue Logistics to support the planning and execution of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. This role involves overseeing venue logistics operations across multiple locations in the United States to ensure seamless event delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Venue Logistics Manager in daily operations.
  • Supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and equipment.
  • Oversee setup, maintenance, and breakdown of functional areas.
  • Maintain inventory control and asset tracking.
  • Manage onsite logistics personnel, contractors, and service providers.
  • Coordinate work schedules and ensure safety and security compliance.
  • Support logistics for storage facilities and delivery schedules.
  • Provide operational reports and assist in resolving issues.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives through resource management.

Atlanta (Mercedes-Benz Stadium), New York - New Jersey (MetLife Stadium), Orlando (Inter&Co Stadium & Camping World Stadium)
