Job summary

Screwfix is seeking a Store Manager in Massachusetts to lead a high-performing team, delivering excellent customer service and driving store performance. You’ll be responsible for operations, merchandising, staffing and budgets while upholding our standards of teamwork and a great customer experience.

You’ll coach and develop your team, manage 30+ hours weekly across 4/5 days, and collaborate with the regional network to meet store targets. Ongoing training and development support career growth.

Qualifications

• An experienced manager with strong retail knowledge and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets and develop teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead your team – you’ll motivate your team to deliver a great customer experience, ultimately achieving great results
• Drive sales – overseeing budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, managing stock and improving profits are all part of your role
• Make it your own – your store will have a personality, just like you. You’ll make sure your store is a great place to be for both your team and your customers
• Support the area – as part of a wider team of Branch Managers, you’ll support your area’s KPI’s. Find your fit and champion a specific area, supporting the business and your development.
