Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience, or equivalent
• Experience in nuclear, high‑hazard, or complex maintenance environments
• Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance teams to meet safety, security, and reliability objectives
• Balance strategic planning with hands‑on field leadership in a nuclear setting
• Ensure work is executed under CoE, CoO, and CoM policies
• Collaborate across groups to prioritize and execute work within constraints
