Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of mechanical engineering programs from concept through shipment and field testing.
• Assist with program planning, proposals, staffing and budget.
• Engage with mission partners to seek new program opportunities and enable technologies.
• Identify and implement advanced mechanical technologies and capabilities.
• Mentor staff and participate in hiring and salary processes.
• Lead strategic initiatives and oversee facilities, labs, and prototyping activities.
