Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of professional experience with at least 7 years in government contracts and IP.
• Juris Doctor with bar membership required; Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience in government and commercial contracts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead government contracts, commercial contracts, and IP-related initiatives for the Legal Division.
• Draft, negotiate, and interpret government contract clauses; manage subcontracts and bid protests.
• Oversee patent program, IP licensing, data rights, and OSS compliance; advise on FAR/DFARS applicability.
• Provide policy guidance, conduct internal investigations, and support acquisitions and divestitures as needed.
