  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams, drive financial outcomes, and resolve complex contract issues collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Lead a 20+ person contracting team to align contracts with business objectives and compliance.
  • Shape negotiations and proposals for technology-related contracts under FAR/DFARS, CAS, and TINA.

  • Mentor and develop the contracting workforce and enable cross-functional collaboration.
