Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years successful management and leadership experience with a comprehensive children's mental health program.
• Public administration experience to include policy development and administration of a complex budget.
• Familiarity with the legislative process and working with legislators on programs and budgets.
• History of collaborating with governmental and private entities and families to develop and implement programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee broad spectrum of children’s mental health services, including outpatient and inpatient services.
• Ensure high-quality, coordinated mental and behavioral health services for youth in child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
• Collaborate with local communities to identify needs and develop plans to meet them.
• Manage quality assurance and legislative compliance.
• Lead a staff of approximately 350 professionals.
