• Prepare and file court reports in compliance with local rules; testify when required.
• Organize multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and coordinate case plans.
• Mentor staff, coach on complex cases, and provide training on policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement case plans and coordinate networked services for clients.
