Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid New York State registration as an Architect is required.
• Six years of full-time paid architectural experience, at least two years as an administrative architect.
• Strong managerial, administrative, or supervisory experience with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of project directors and project managers.
• Oversee design and construction of capital projects within budget and on schedule.
• Resolve project issues and ensure compliance with Public Buildings’ policies and procedures.
