Job summary

University of Nottingham invites applications for Deputy Director of Alumni Engagement within the DARO to guide a recently transformed team, exercising real autonomy to evolve the alumni experience, sharpen it with technology and insight, and strengthen belonging across a global community. You will shape how fundraising, alumni engagement and operations align as a senior leader.

The role offers leadership across a global network of 360,000 alumni, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities

About The Role

We’re looking for a Deputy Director of Alumni Engagement to help lead a recently transformed team, united by a strong sense of purpose and momentum. You'll have real autonomy here: guiding how our alumni experience keeps evolving, how technology and insight sharpen it, and how a sense of belonging holds together across a truly global community. As a member of the DARO Senior Leadership Team, you’ll shape how the whole office — fundraising, alumni engagement and operations — works together.

About You
