The University of Georgia in Athens is seeking an Annual Giving Coordinator to serve as the annual giving liaison for 3–4 schools, colleges, and units. You will develop and execute unit-specific and central annual giving strategies, and manage central direct mail campaigns, plus the annual giving matching gift program.
The role requires reporting on key metrics, collaborating with DARCOMM, and supporting donor inquiries.

Division of Development and Alumni Relations
The Division of Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Georgia advances the goals, objectives, and priorities of the university by generating private financial support, building, and maintaining relationships with alumni and donors, and assisting students with career development opportunities.
The Office of Annual Giving is responsible for the ongoing regular solicitation of alumni and friends for support of the university’s mission. The office observes an annual fiscal year cycle to engage donors for opportunities to renew and enhance their support of the University, its Schools, Colleges, and Units. Special Giving initiatives are for unique audiences within the university’s constituency including but not limited to leadership annual gifts, faculty and staff giving, parent giving, recurring gifts, anniversary giving, matching gifts, crowdfunding, and consecutive year giving.

This position serves as the annual giving liaison for 3-4 assigned schools, colleges, and units and is responsible for developing and executing unit-specific and central annual giving strategies, providing regular reporting on key performance metrics, and ensuring best practices are utilized in all annual giving initiatives. This position plans and executes a full calendar of central direct mail campaigns annually, spanning large-scale institutional appeals and smaller, targeted solicitations. This role assists with special campaigns throughout the year that focus on increasing UGA’s alumni participation rate. This position is also responsible for managing the annual giving matching gift program including software management, reporting and analytics, and future state recommendations.
