Job summary

Qualifications

• The required knowledge, skills and abilities are demonstrated by a Bachelor's degree in public administration, psychology, social work or related field.
• Five years of increasingly responsible managerial/leadership experience, including at least two years in upper management.
• Possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the delivery of outcome-based, multi-disciplinary services.
• Direct and coordinate budgeting, contracts, and grants to support department goals.
• Represent and promote the agency with public, nonprofit and community groups.
