Eastern Florida State College in Cocoa, Florida seeks a Deputy Director, Human Resources to assist the AVP HR with managing the Office of Human Resources and overseeing personnel management services for all college employees.

This full-time position on the Cocoa Campus requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 8–10 years HR management experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; Florida Driver's license and fingerprinting are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8–10 years HR management with progressive responsibility.
Experience in labor relations, benefits, and/or compensation administration.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, policy development, negotiation, budgeting, and analytical skills; HRIS and MS Office proficiency.
Valid Florida Driver's license required.
Fingerprinting is required and fee is non-refundable.
