Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve in an advisory capacity to the Deputy Commissioner of HCSP and provide data-driven guidance.
• Oversee CASA Field Operations and the Medical Review Team/Personal Care Services.
• Oversee procurement of home care services and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Manage HCSP contract management, compliance with regulations, licensure, and billing.
• Oversee IT systems modernization and cross-unit communications to improve service delivery.
