Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in transportation engineering or related physical/social science field or
• Bachelor's degree in engineering with required roadway/traffic experience as specified
• Alternative pathway with associate degree + four years of experience or high school diploma + six years of experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Bus Stop Management (BSM) operations, including planning, design, installation, regulation and maintenance of bus stops, layovers, and signage.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with TCE units, DOT divisions, city officials, and stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, procurement, budgeting and oversight for multi-million-dollar citywide bus stop maintenance/installation programs.
• Respond to inquiries/FOIL/311, monitor projects, track inventory and route data, and ensure timely project delivery.
