Job summary

Versique Consulting & Search is seeking an exceptional Deputy Director to lead the TNUSA Sales & Marketing and Health & Technical Services divisions in Minneapolis, MN. This role drives commercial execution, strengthens customer engagement, and oversees high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Agricultural related field or equivalent education/experience is required.
• Minimum of 5-10 years in swine production is required.
• Previous management experience is required.

Job description

This is a unique executive leadership opportunity to join one of the world's leading swine genetics organizations at a pivotal moment of growth and succession planning. Reporting directly to the Director of Topigs Norsvin USA (TNUSA), the Deputy Director will lead the company's Sales & Marketing and Health & Technical Services divisions, overseeing high-performing teams, strengthening customer engagement, and driving strategic execution across the business.

Designed as a key succession role, this position offers a clear path to expanded enterprise leadership and eventual progression to Director, with increasing responsibility across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, and R&D. The ideal candidate will be a respected swine industry leader who can build alignment across teams, establish strong relationships with major customers and industry stakeholders, and confidently represent the organization throughout North America. Salary Range: $175 – 200K + 15% Bonus

Travel

This position requires the ability to travel among the various TNUSA facilities and, as such, requires a current valid driver’s license. There is extensive travel required with this position and often involves overnight stays.
