Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration or related field.
• Ten years of work experience in a comparable or larger county or municipal environment with senior managerial capacity is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with department directors on setting strategic priorities and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative leadership and coordination to foster collaboration across County departments, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represents the County Manager and Board of Supervisors to external partners.
• Chairs committees as needed and prepares executive level budget updates.
