This position, Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-15, supports the Director’s vision and leads agency operations from the Deputy Chief of Staff’s office.

Role focuses on implementing strategic objectives, guiding leadership decisions, and managing programs and resources to advance CISA's mission and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief of Staff by implementing the Director's vision for overall Agency operations.
• Aid the Director, Deputy Director and other leadership to set long-range goals and objectives.
• Oversee policy development, review proposals, and adjust personnel, funding, and resources as needed.
• Direct component-wide activities and participate in solutions-based discussions to support CISA's mission.
