Job summary

Csquare, a leading North American retail colocation provider, seeks a Deputy Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CFO and CEO to shape financial strategy, capital allocation, and shareholder value.

You will oversee FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management, drive capital markets initiatives, and build a high-performing finance organization to support rapid growth and M&A activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics; CPA or CFA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in CFO-level roles in high-growth, capital-intensive businesses.
• Experience with capital structures, debt financing, and investor relations.
• Track record of EBITDA growth, capital efficiency, and cash flow generation.
• Deep understanding of data center economics and capital markets.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and M&A expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience implementing scalable financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy to drive revenue growth and shareholder value.
• Partner with CFO/CEO to evaluate capital investments and expansion projects.
• Ensure optimal capital structure and cost of capital to support growth.
• Lead FP&A: budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting.
• Oversee accounting, tax, treasury and regulatory compliance.
• Manage investor relations and board materials.
• Oversee internal controls and risk management.
• Lead finance team development and succession planning.
