Delaware Department of Justice seeks a Deputy Attorney General to lead the Sussex County Felony Trial Unit, overseeing case management and daily operations.

The UH will mentor DAGs and staff, sustain strong relations with local police, the Court, and the defense bar, and guide decisions on prosecutions and trial strategies, while upholding high standards of integrity and public trust.

Applicants must be admitted to the Delaware Bar and capable of handling complex felony matters in Superior Court.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership skills to effectively manage staff and trainings.
• Proven ability to evaluate and try criminal cases, and to determine resolutions.
• Knowledge of Delaware laws and court rules; strong working relationships with Court personnel.
