Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible collegiate athletics administration experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA and conference rules; strong compliance.
• Experience managing budgets and NIL relationships.
• Proven ability to lead coaches, staff and student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and oversight for designated units; supervise coaches and staff.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and compliance per NCAA and conference rules.
• Coordinate NIL agreements and external relations; support recruiting operations.
• Serve as project manager for department-wide initiatives and committees.
