Job summary

Select Source International (SSI) is seeking a Production Operator in Minnetonka, MN to handle the last step of depth filter manufacturing. You’ll rotate through tasks including operating and troubleshooting equipment, moving goods, and preparing for changeovers, while ensuring safety and quality.

The role involves documenting production data in SAP, working with a team, and adhering to EHS policies. High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with training on safety and process optimization

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Observe all Environmental, Health, and Safety rules.
• Proactively communicate safety concerns.
• Participate in EHS meetings, investigations, and audits.
• Set up, operate, and clean production equipment.
• Move raw materials and finished products; enter production data into SAP and logs.
• Monitor material and final product quality; adjust process parameters to meet specs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to identify root cause and minimize scrap.
• Frequently lift and bend when handling materials.
