Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking a Department Manager to lead our Irrigation, Maintenance, and Landscaping operations in the Midwest region. You will own the department's financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development, coordinating with other leaders to drive growth and operational excellence.

Lead a team of 10+ associates with ~$2 million in annual revenue, with plans to scale to 20+ associates and $4+ million.

Formación

• 5+ years of lawn and landscape maintenance leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of irrigation system service and installation.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of GGOB and department operations.
• Ability to lift and work outdoors in all weather.
