Job summary

Bowhead seeks a First-Line Supervisor (RRAD) to oversee daily maintenance and production at the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX and Watervliet Arsenal in Watervliet, NY. You will supervise personnel, ensure mission-ready operations, and comply with DoD regulations.

The role requires on-site work, security clearance, and interaction with government representatives. Targeted salary range is $60,000–$70,000 annually, with eligibility for overtime as mission needs arise.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years Army depot maintenance and production support experience.
• Manage 20+ personnel directly/indirectly.
• Familiar with maintenance/production and logistics concepts.
• OSHA general industry safety practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Enforce safety policies; manage hazards on production lines.
• Track attendance, schedule work, and document violations.
• Provide coaching and training for continuous improvement.
• Monitor budgets and recommend process changes.
• Coordinate with management and frontline staff.
