Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) is seeking a Depot Manager in the Toledo area to lead daily depot operations, ensure safety, and drive efficient service for customers. You will supervise lift operators and mechanics, coordinate with vendors, and coach staff to meet performance and safety targets.

The role requires strong communication across levels, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of service for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in depot operations with a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead depot team to ensure safe, efficient operations and adherence to policies.
• Provide direction to direct reports; act as the voice and face of the organization to frontline staff.
• Manage productivity of lift operators and mechanics at the location.
• Coordinate with local vendors and tank wash to deliver high-quality services.
• Coach and develop associates; set expectations and provide performance feedback.
• Act as daily customer contact for equipment at the location; ensure IT systems are up to date.
• Work with Operations/Terminal Managers to coordinate transportation, cleaning and maintenance.
