Job summary

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Manager - Depot Operations & Field Return Repair to own end-to-end lifecycle management for field-returned electronic control assemblies in the installed fleet of Linear Generators. You will lead reverse logistics, repair, testing, refurbishment, and redeployment to maximize fleet availability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field related to electronics or engineering.
• Experience leading repair/ depot operations in industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of electronics diagnostics and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead reverse logistics for field-returned electronic assemblies from RMA to redeployment.
• Manage daily depot operations for safe, efficient repair of FRUs.
• Establish standardized repair, testing, and QC procedures for electronic assemblies.
• Ensure exchange inventory is available to support rapid replacements.
• Develop and manage repair technicians and depot staff to promote excellence.
• Drive improvements in turnaround time, yield, inventory accuracy, and depot productivity.
• Collaborate with Field Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
