Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education with three years of Customer service experience.
Familiarity with the new account opening process and commercial account structures.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interactions with internal and external clients and contacts.

Responsibilities

Assist in opening new accounts by collecting documents and serving as primary contact for clients.
Support Customer Due Diligence and AML/KYC activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Serve as main contact for account openings/closings with cross-functional teams.
Prepare documents, conduct research, pull reports, and communicate with clients via email/phone.
Manage daily maintenance of commercial accounts including transfers, stoppayments, and treasury coordination.
Ensure superior client service related to deposits and resolve client needs promptly.
Assist in servicing business deposit accounts and obtain necessary approvals for waivers.
Support deposit acquisition by collaborating with Relationship Managers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
