First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Deposit & Retail Lending Product Manager to join the Deposit and Retail Lending Services Team.

Compensation

The pay range for the role is $75,000 - $115,000/yr; commensurate with experience

The level of the position will be determined by the hiring manager based on the candidate's qualifications.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities

The Deposit & Retail Lending Product Manager supports the development and execution of the strategy, roadmap, and performance of assigned products with a focus on customer acquisition, loyalty, spend drivers, and product functionality. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience required.

Officer Minimum Qualifications

• Three (3) + years of product management, loyalty/engagement, card program management, or consumer financial services experience.

AVP Minimum Qualifications

• Five (5) + years of progressively responsible experience in product management, loyalty/engagement, card program management, or consumer financial services experience.
