Job summary

Royal Credit Union in Chippewa Falls is seeking a Deposit Product Coordinator to support business and consumer deposit products, coordinate system testing, and partner across teams to ensure accurate delivery of deposit products and services.

You will work with Business Services, Digital Accounts, Operations, IT, and Compliance to support product performance and system functionality across all channels in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment, with onboarding at Eau Claire training per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze data, validate information, and support testing activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for deposit products and related systems across core and digital platforms.
• Coordinate system testing, reporting, and documentation to ensure accurate and compliant delivery.
