Job summary

Royal Credit Union seeks a detail-oriented Deposit Product Coordinator to support Business and Consumer deposit products, coordinate system testing, and update configurations across core and digital platforms.

You will partner with Business Services, Digital Accounts, Operations, IT, and Compliance to ensure accurate, compliant delivery of deposits while thriving in a collaborative environment that values growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related field
• Foundational understanding of deposit products and how they operate across core and digital channels
• Experience with digital banking platforms and core systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and testing capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for deposit products and assist with development and implementation
• Coordinate testing, configuration, reporting, and documentation across channels
• Collaborate with Business Services, Digital Accounts, Operations, IT, and Compliance
• Ensure accurate, compliant delivery of deposit products and services
