Stifel in St. Louis is seeking a Deposit Operations Business Systems Specialist to maintain, monitor, and administer core banking systems.

In this role you will focus on user access controls, system updates, reporting support, and audit preparation to ensure data integrity and compliance. You will partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, fulfill requests, and support process improvements within Deposit Operations, while ensuring timely access reviews and adherence to policies across

Qualifications

• Minimum required: high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No or 1+ years in banking, operations, or systems support preferred.
• Experience with system access controls and audit requests is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system specifications across multiple banking platforms and configurations.
• Support user access administration across 16+ systems and conduct access reviews.
• Assist with audit requests by gathering documentation and validating data.
• Prepare and distribute routine analytics and reporting for Deposit Operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
