You will respond quickly under SLA, investigate issues, and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and client experience within a secure banking environment.

Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of job related experience.
• Strong knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work under pressure and time restrictions.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and execute complex instructions with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and accurately to service requests based on established SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Know when to ask for assistance to avoid unresolved requests.
• Develop working knowledge of systems used in Deposit Operations.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance workflow and client experience.
• Promote and maintain a positive working environment.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and operating procedures.
• Work across Deposit Operations processes and participate in special projects as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
