Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Deposit Operations Manager to lead daily deposit operations, including onboarding, maintenance, wire transfer processing, ACH and check handling, and debit card services. You will drive automation, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with IT and Compliance on system enhancements.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in a mid-to-large banking environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• Minimum 10 years of banking operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leading deposit operations at a mid-large financial institution.
• Strong understanding of deposit regulations, payment networks and risk controls.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with overlapping deadlines and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for all deposit operations teams and processes.
• Implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across Deposit Operations.
• Partner with IT, Compliance, Digital Banking and other departments on system enhancements.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs to ensure smooth operations.
