ACNB Bank is seeking a Deposit Services Specialist to manage complex deposit-account activity, resolve exceptions, and uphold a strong control environment. You will support colleagues, document transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance across deposit operations.

Two or more years in deposit operations are required, with at least one year in a similar role. A high school diploma is essential, and you should be able to work independently within established procedures and controls.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of deposit operations experience, including handling routine account changes.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and strong documentation practices.
• Reliable, accurate, and able to follow established controls.

Responsibilities

• Master deposit workflows and complete routine account maintenance accurately within 90 days.
• Process ownership changes, overdraft protection, transfers, sweep accounts, adjustments, refunds, and related requests with proper authorization.
• Research and close discrepancies, investigate irregularities, and resolve nonroutine customer-account matters.
• Detect potential fraud or high-risk activity and document findings per controls.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support compliance reviews and testing.
• Serve as escalation resource, explain complex transactions, and assist teammates with controls.
• Contribute to system administration, reporting, and process improvements.
