Qualifications

• High school diploma required; banking or financial services preferred.
• At least 3 years in banking, accounting, client service, or admin with banking/back-office experience.
• Proficiency with computer applications and software.
• Ability to handle high volumes, maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily item processing and balance daily work with end-of-day files to Fed and Fiserv.
• Manage debit card maintenance, fraud prevention, and customer inquiries.
• Balance and process ACH, paper items, and chargebacks.
• Handle domestic and international wire transfers via WireXchange.
• Perform monthly RDC reviews and remote deposit activities.
• Review and reconcile ATM transactions, Zelle, and debit activity.
• Process fraud claim checks per policy.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
