• Audit IRAs and HSAs for deposit accounts.
• Audit paperwork and follow-up for accounts.
• Process deceased files and support members and branches.
• Assist with deposit products procedures development.
• Support Call Center and Front Desk staff as needed.
• Process new member applications through online account opening.
