The role involves printing and handling notices, scanning deposit docs, and providing backup for keying and postage tasks. It emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of internet/mobile banking products and basic office equipment.
• Trustworthiness and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Print and handle daily letters/notices.
• Scan and index deposit documentation.
• Provide backup for proof/teller keying and postage machine operation.
• Assist with routine departmental maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and report unusual banking activity to management.
• Complete available training; perform other department duties as assigned.
