A leading credit union is looking for an Administrator for deposit account offerings focusing on IRA and HSA accounts. The successful candidate will manage online accounts, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and work on process improvement while mitigating potential fraud risks. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and retirement plans.
The role's primary responsibilities will be to implement, maintain, and leverage the systems and processes that support the credit union's deposit account offerings through digital channels. The role will also serve as the administrator and subject matter expert of the escheatment process and the credit union's IRA and HSA account portfolio. Other functions include but are not limited to, the following tasks: online account opening, deposit product testing, processing payments including dispute and fraud resolution, providing digital support, project management, providing support to staff through all channels, providing back-up support for E-Commerce, and advising the E-Commerce Manager and Supervisor as needed. While working on any role-related task, it will be incumbent upon the employee to assess the risks for potential fraud, identify red flags, and mitigate and/or report incidents quickly.
