Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day back-office operations including deposit maintenance, monetary processing, return items, compliance related items, lockbox, micrographics, legal processing, and ACH processing.
• Assist with monitoring and coordinating all processes related to deposit operations processing and resolve customer problems with high quality service.
• Maintain KPI logs and provide input on procedure updates; Research and resolve deposit operations issues.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, bank policies and procedures.
