Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day back-office operations, including deposit product maintenance, monetary processing, return items, compliance related items, lockbox, micrographics, legal processing, and ACH processing.
• Assist with monitoring and coordinating all processes related to deposit operations processing; communicate with supervisors and managers.
• Resolve internal and external customer problems with high-quality service and maintain KPI logs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, and bank policies.
