Responsibilities

• Provides a wide variety of support to all Bank Departments
• Monitors and processes items related to Deposit Operations of the bank
• Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers
• Customer Service duties are primarily performed by phone responding to external customers inquiries regarding account balances, debit card, online banking and account questions or issues
• All duties performed with highest level of confidentiality for our customers, employees and bank information
