Job summary

Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Customer Information Representative to join our Deposit Support team in Halifax or Harrisburg, PA. In this role you will verify and update customer information records and deposit accounts on the Core System, performing data entry, verification, and documentation while following state laws and bank guidelines.

You will partner with other internal departments to meet customer needs, respond to inquiries, prepare reports, and support disaster recovery testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; deposit accounts training.
• Minimum of one year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs data entry and updates to customer information and deposit accounts.
• Verifies and documents changes in the Core System.
• Responds to inquiries within policy and timeframes.
• Researches errors and performs correction and maintenance.
• Prepares and distributes reports as requested.
• Supports Disaster Recovery testing and related tasks.
